Memberships allow unlimited visits. A membership does not guarantee entry. If the venue has reached maximum capacity, entry may be refused for safety reasons. Memberships are recurring payments. A minimum of one month’s notice is required to cancel your membership. 

Memberships do not include hire of the Sensory Room or include special events, which must be booked separately via our website. This includes events such as Halloween activities and Santa’s Grotto.

Memberships are for children only. One adult per family is admitted free; additional adults will be charged standard entry.
